WA State Annual Moorage Permit
Cost and timing (as of 2022)
The annual moorage permit fee is $5 per foot, with a minimum of $60. If you moor at docks, floats, and buoys in fee areas multiple nights a year, you may save money by purchasing an annual moorage permit, which is valid January 1 through December 31.
Size limits
All boats over 45 feet will not be permitted to moor on buoys, only docks and linear moorage.
Register on arrival
It's suggested that boaters with permit register for overnight stay, so that rangers have emergency contact info, etc, but not required
